For Reservations

To make a reservation, the company requires the payment of 50% of the total tour by the client using our authorized payment methods (Visa, Paypal, Western Union or Bank Transfer), the other 50% of your tour must be paid in Cash on the first day of your arrival in the city of Cusco in US dollars to the staff that assists you. In order to confirm the reservation, you will need to have the following information for each passenger making the trip: Full Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Age, Sex. It is recommended to report allergies, illnesses, passenger conditions, characteristics of each passenger, food preferences, etc. Once the prepayment is made, our sales agent will send you an email with the confirmation of the reservation of the tourist package chosen by the client. , this email is a guarantee document of your reservation, after the client receives the confirmation you must verify the content of the email in detail and respond to it. If your reservation includes nights of accommodation, the confirmation of the hotels is subject to availability of spaces, if there is no space in the hotel specified in the confirmation email, the client will be given another of a similar category and price. The company reserves the right to accept last-minute reservations (24 hours before the client’s arrival at the destination), in this case the company will expressly indicate the special conditions of said reservation, which will include, if applicable, special hours, These conditions must be mutually agreed with the client and will be evidenced by email.

Tours and Itineraries

The Itineraries are planned with great care and attention, although, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the order of activities, or the specified route, and although such cases may be occasional, the itinerary in general should only be taken as a basic guide. . The company reserves the right to make, without prior notice, changes in the order of excursions or trips, due to weather conditions, river levels, time of arrival or departure of planes, buses or trains or for any other reason. relevant reason, the same ones that will guarantee your safety and the best development of your trip. In the event that the activities of the itinerary suffer variations, are rescheduled at the last minute or are canceled due to flight delays, social conflicts, bad weather , road blockage and any other inconvenience caused by third parties, the company is not responsible for refunding money to customers, but is committed to helping the customer make changes to their travel itinerary.

A SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATIONS OF INCA TRAIL RESERVATIONS

Advance payments for the different treks that include Inca Trail 4 days/3 nights, Inca Trail 2 days/1 night, Inca Trail 5 days/4 nights, Salkantay and Inca Trail 7 days/6 nights. The costs of these treks are non-refundable, and include entrance tickets to the Inca Trail, porters, cooks, and train tickets. This is because the services are reserved and paid for at the time the reservation is made, hence the required deposit is non-refundable.

NO SHOW

(No show) We will retain the total amount and we are not responsible for the client’s non-show due to flight delay or cancellation. The company is not responsible for damage to or loss of luggage, accidents, unforeseen expenses, unavoidable delays, services provided by third parties or direct causes beyond our control. In the unfortunate event of non-presentation due to unforeseen causes, the company will provide a certificate to the client to process with their insurance company.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In the event that the client abandons the tour for any reason or reason, the extra expenses are the responsibility of the client and the company is not responsible for any reimbursement.
